Driving through Lake Meade State Park we found the going slow because of all the stopping to gather more color. Well I don't feel like talking - I already have a few thousand words below.

  • Amazing!!  The colours are just out of this world!!

  • INCREDIBLE! I love 1-7 they are my favorites, I can't shoose just one... there really is a lot of color there!

  • Good heavens above, who needs words???  I'm speechless.  I like your description...stopping to gather more color...what a lovely concept...one should do that every day in life, yes?

Missing you, dear Maarten...how are you?  Hugs, Lowie

  • @jerseygirlsrule -

Thanks for the kind words Lowie. I'm fine thank you. We had a lovely time in the desert. I have a lot more in the queue. Good to talk to you again. Take care, ((Hugs))

  • BRILLIANT! Absolutely breathtaking! You are a brilliant photographer and I am glad we have you around here! have an awesome day!

  • These are so beautiful. ^_^

  • I love, love, love your photographs, Maarten!

Have you found any more cup moths?

  • @craftea - Thank you, Heather. I have not had much time to search for Cup Moth larvae. They should be feeding now but we have had a lot of rain lately and my favorite hunting site is now a construction site. Both make it difficult but I will keep my eyes peeled...
